NFL Rebels Update: Week 6
OXFORD, Miss. – Here at OleMissSports.com, we are proud to update Rebel fans on the status of our former players who lace up their cleats on Sundays in the NFL. In Week 6, 21 former Rebels saw action across the NFL.
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf led his team with 93 receiving yards Sunday, finishing with 11 catches, his highest total of the season. He impacted the game in a big way in overtime, hauling in a 16-yard reception on 3rd and 13 to keep the Steelers drive alive. They would go on to score a touchdown that drive, defeating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by a score of 26-19.
Making his first start of the season after making his return from injured reserve, finished with two tackles in the loss to San Francisco.
