BELLEAIR, Fla. – The Ole Miss women's golf team remains in fourth place on the 2025 SEC Women's Golf Championship leaderboard behind another solid outing from senior Caitlyn Macnab on Tuesday.

The Johannesburg, South Africa, native used five birdies to finish 2-under par (68), fueling a second round 283 (+3) by the 18th-ranked Rebels. After a 279 in Round 1 and a 283 in Round 2, Ole Miss is 2-over on the tourney as a team and well in the hunt to be one of the eight teams to qualify for match play beginning Thursday.

Macnab is currently tied for third place at 136 (-4), just three shots back of individual leader Eila Galitsky of South Carolina. After three straight pars to begin her day, Macnab made birdie on both No. 13 and 14 to quickly jump into red numbers. After a double-bogey at No. 16, she rebounded with a birdie at No. 17 before making the turning. Macnab went birdie, bogey, birdie on holes No. 2 thru 4 to eventually head into the clubhouse with her second straight round of 68. Macnab leads the field in par-4 scoring (3.88).

Nicole Gal moved up 11 spots on the individual leaderboard with a round of even par (70) on Tuesday and currently sits tied for 19th place. Gal started her round with a bogey on the first hole of the day, but was able to get back to even par with a birdie on the par-4, No. 13. The junior from Oakville, Canada, would go birdie-bogey three separate times on her back nine to close out her round.

Sophie Linder is currently tied for 24th for the Rebels after a 2-over, 72. Linder is at 142 (+2) through two rounds and is second on the team with six total birdies during the tournament. The sophomore once again found success on hole No. 1, a 312-yard par-4, making birdie for the second straight day.

Kajsalotta Svarvar was the final counting score for the Rebels, carding a 3-over par (73). Svarvar is tied for 30th overall after a two-round total of 143 (+3). The freshman has found success on the longer holes at The Pelican Golf Club, shooting 2-under on par-5s throughout the tournament

Redshirt freshman Filippa Sundquist shot a second round of 11-over (81) on Tuesday and is tied for 76th place at 15-over for the tournament.

The Rebels' third and final round of stroke play at the SEC Championship is set to tee off beginning at 7:10 a.m. CT on Wednesday from Hole 10.
