WEST COLUMBIA, S.C – The Ole Miss men's golf team is set to compete this week at the second annual Bryan Bros Collegiate, hosted by the University of South Carolina.

THE STARTING FIVE (*Individual)
Collins Trolio (Sr.)
· Had two Top five, two Top 10, and three Top 20 finishes last season
· Helped the Rebels to an SEC Championship, which was the first SEC Title in 41 years for Ole Miss
· Was a member of the Swedish National Golf Team

Solina Golf Club is a private regulation course designed by Lynn Young in 1992. It features 18 holes with a total yardage of 6851 and a par of 71. The course has Bermuda grass tees, fairways, and greens, with a rating of 74.5 and a slope of 144. The recent work on the course was done by Wesley Bryan & George Bryan in 2024.

LAST OUTING IN TOLEDO
In their last outing at the Inverness Intercollegiate, the Rebels finished 17th with a team score of 901 (+49). The Rebels top finishers were Cooper Claycomb finishing T36th and Collins Trolio finishing T59th. Ole Miss now turns their focus to the Bryan Bros Collegiate this week at the Solina Golf Club in West Columbia, South Carolina.
PRESEASON BUZZ
Ole Miss entered the season with plenty of preseason momentum after earning a spot in all major preseason rankings and was ranked as high as No.19 by the Golf Channel. Cooper Claycomb also received preseason recognition, after being ranked No.23 in the PGA Tour University Rankings.
RECAP OF 2025-26
Last season, the Rebels made history by capturing their first SEC Championship since 1984, finishing the year ranked No.9 nationally and earning the No. 8 seed at the NCAA Championship in Carlsbad, California. The historic campaign also saw head coach Chris Malloy named the 2026 SEC Coach of the Year and recognized as a finalist for the Dave Williams Award. Ole Miss would go on to graduate three seniors, and retain four key contributors in Collins Trolio, Finn Meister, Daniel Tolf, and Jacob Blanton, and add five newcomers, including three transfers and two freshmen to round out this new look roster.
