NFL Rebels Update: Week 1
OXFORD, Miss. – Here at OleMissSports.com, we are proud to update Rebel fans on the status of our former players who lace up their cleats on Sundays in the NFL. 19 former Rebels saw action in Week 1 across 14 different teams.
Quarterback Jaxson Dart had a great start to his season with the New York Giants, throwing for 230 yards and three touchdowns in a 28-20 win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football. His three passing touchdowns are tied for second in the league, and he ranks second among all quarterbacks with 54 rushing yards.
Was not active in Week 1.

Played 27 snaps on special teams, finishing with one solo tackle.
#6 Jaxson Dart | QB | New York Giants
Went 23/29 through the air for 230 yards and three touchdowns, while adding 11 carries for 54 yards on the ground as the Giants defeated the Dallas Cowboys 28-20 on Sunday Night Football. Dart's PFF rushing grade of 78.1 ranked second among all quarterbacks in Week 1.
Hauled in four catches for 43 yards and one touchdown in a loss to the Chiefs. Engram's PFF receiving grade of 78.2 led all Broncos pass catchers.
