Soccer Announces Portal and Signee Additions

OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss soccer head coach Todd Shulenberger announced the addition of nine newcomers via the transfer portal and one class of 2026 signee who look to make an impact for the Rebels next season.

Paxton Bock (Scottsdale, Ariz. | SMU)
Paxton Bock arrives in Oxford after two seasons at SMU. The Scottsdale, Arizona native played in 32 matches for the Mustangs, tallying four assists. Bock was second on the team in 2025 in passing and was just one of just five players to record three or more assists.

Ava Ghoreishi (Albuquerque, N.M. | Washington State)
Ava Ghoreishi played one season under Todd Shulenberger at Washington State. The Albuquerque, New Mexico product played in 18 matches and tallied the second most minutes of any freshman on the roster in 2025. Ghoreishi scored her first collegiate goal in the match against No. 13 Georgia and picked up her first assist against LMU.

Teaghan Irvin (Vancouver, Wash. | Mountain View HS)
Teaghan Irvin joins Ole Miss from Vancouver, Washington and Mountain View High School. The class of 2026 signee led Mountain View to a WIAA 3A State Championship appearance after scoring five goals in the district title match. Irvin played club for Columbia Premier SC.

Anna Claire Jacobi (Milton, Ga. | App state)
Anna Claire Jacobi joins the Rebels after two seasons at Appalachian State. Jacobi appeared in 13 games in 2025 making 11 starts. The Milton, Georgia native posted three shutouts in goal and made a career-high seven saves twice. Her 51 stops on the season were seventh-most in the Sun Belt Conference.

Maizy Kluksdal (Boise, Idaho | Washington State)
Maizy Kluksdal arrived at Washington State ahead of the 2025 season and made an immediate impact, playing in all 19 matches including 12 starts. She played a key role along the defensive midfield during WCC play and saw 1,342 minutes of action, going the full 90 on 10 occasions.

Keira Mitchell (Henderson, Nev. | Washington State)
Keira Mitchell earned WCC All-Freshman team honors in her redshirt campaign with the Cougars in 2025. The Henderson, Nevada native tallied four goals, one assist and nine total points, good for second best on the roster. She started 17 matches and played the most of any freshman, tallying 1,493 minutes on the pitch.

Isabella Pontieri (Fleming Island, Fla. | North Florida)
Isabella Pontieri comes to Oxford after spending the previous three seasons at North Florida. The Fleming Island, Florida native played in 57 matches for the Ospreys tallying 14 goals and 12 assists. She led North Florida in goals (8) and assists (10) in 2025 and earned First Team All-ASUN honors. Pontieri is also a two-time ASUN Academic Honor Roll recipient.

Audrey Shackelford (Sacramento, Calif. | Washington State)
Audrey Shackelford comes to the Magnolia state after one season in Pullman with Coach Shulenberger. She returns to the Southeastern Conference after playing her freshman season at Arkansas. In 2025, Shackelford earned WCC All-Conference Second Team honors and tallied the third most minutes on the team. She started all 19 games and finished her sophomore year with two goals, four assists and eight points. 

Sydney Snowden (Chandler, Ariz. | App State)
Sydney Snowden joins Anna Claire Jacobi as the second player by way of Appalachian State. Snowden saw action in 13 matches in 2025, making 10 starts. She and Mountaineer back line forced four shutouts and held opponents to one or fewer goals in 11 matches. The Chandler, Arizona product has played in 26 career games making 23 starts.

Alena Watts (Marietta, Ga. | Washington State)
Alena Watts arrives in Oxford after three seasons at Washington State under Todd Shulenberger. Watts started all 19 matches for the Cougars in 2025 and finished with 1,678 minutes of action, good for second most on the team. The 2025 WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention has played in 46 career games and tallied over 3,000 minutes on the pitch.
