Sidney O’Billovich Named SEC Defensive Player of the Week

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Southeastern Conference named Sidney O'Billovich SEC Defensive of the Week Monday. She is the first keeper to receive defensive player of the week honors since Shu Ohba in 2023.
O'Billovich tied a career-high with 11 saves in the SEC opener against Auburn. The senior from Portland, Oregon has surrendered just five goals and is tied for the second most saves (28) among SEC goalkeepers this season.
Over her last four outings, O'Billovich has surrendered just one goal, helping Ole Miss to three shutout victories.
The Rebels will be back on the pitch this Thursday at South Carolina. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. CT on SEC Network+.
