LEXINGTON, Ky. – Ole Miss rifle fell to Kentucky, 4718-4707, despite a tie match heading into air rifle.
Overall, Ole Miss (4-2, 1-2 GARC) placed two in the top-five and six in the top-10 of aggregate scoring. Kristen Derting was the top Ole Miss performer, firing a season-high 1181. Lea Horvath also made the top-five, scoring an 1176.

Unfortunately, Ole Miss could not keep up with Kentucky (4-0, 3-0 GARC) in air rifle. The Rebels shot 2368, helped by three Rebels hitting a 593. Coming off a career-high in air rife on Saturday, Hyas brought it again on Sunday, being one of the Rebels to fire a 593. Derting and Emma Pereira were the other two to score that total. Tedeschi got the counter opportunity and fired a 591, tying teammate Horvath in eighth place.
