- This meeting marked the first all-time between the Rebels and Lumberjacks.
- Ole Miss improves to 2-0 all-time against the Big Sky Conference, having also knocked off Idaho State 38-14 in 1996 in Oxford.

GENERAL NOTES
- Ole Miss improves to 46-11 versus non-conference opponents dating back to a 38-0 win over Tulane on Nov. 12, 1994.
- The Rebels have won eight straight non-conference games in Oxford and are 35-6 in their last 41 contests.
- Ole Miss is off to its best start since 2003, when the team opened at 7-2 overall ... The Rebels were 5-4 at this point a year ago.
OFFENSIVE NOTES
- Senior WR Shay Hodge notched his second straight 100-yard receiving game (third of the year and fourth of his career) with a career-high 169 yards on seven catches with two TDs, which ties his single-game career high ...Hodge registered a season-long 65-yard reception ... His two TD catches pull him within four of the Ole Miss all-time record held by Chris Collins (2000-03) ... It marks his fourth game of the season with at least seven receptions ... Over the last four games, Hodge is averaging 110.75 yards and 6.5 receptions.
- Junior QB Jevan Snead accounted for four TDs ... He tied his career high with two rushing TDs, giving him three scoring runs in his last three games ...He finished 16-of-29 for 235 yards, two TDs and no interceptions ... Snead has passed for multiple TD passes in 12 of the last 15 games and has topped 200 yards passing 12 times in his two seasons as a Rebel, including five games this year.
- Sophomore RB Brandon Bolden led the team in rushing for the fourth time this year with 85 yards on 10 carries with his second TD run of the year ... Bolden has topped 80 yards rushing three times this year.
DEFENSIVE NOTES
- Ole Miss held the opposition under 18 points for the seventh time in nine games this year ... The Rebels are allowing just 15.8 ppg this year and 14.3 points over the last 13 games.
- Ole Miss equaled a season high with 10 TFLs, including two sacks.
- Junior DT Jerrell Powe was credited with a career-high and team-high 3.0 TFLs and 1.0 sack ... He finished with five total tackles.
- Senior DE Marcus Tillman recorded his second career interception ... He also notched a half TFL.
- Junior LB Allen Walker posted a career high 2.5 TFLs with 1.0 sack ... Walker equaled his career best with seven stops.
- Senior S Kendrick Lewis topped the team with a career-high 10 tackles ... He was also credited with a field goal block.
- The Rebels held the opposition scoreless in the first quarter for the seventh time in nine games this year.
SPECIAL TEAMS NOTES
- Ole Miss blocked two field goal attempts with one each by Kendrick Lewis and Kentrell Lockett ... The last time the Rebels blocked a FG was Brandon Jenkins' block in the 2007 Louisiana Tech game.
- Senior K Joshua Shene connected on all five PATs and his lone field goal from 38 yards .... Shene improves to 9-of-10 in FGs and a perfect 7-for-7 inside 40 yards.
- Redshirt freshman E.J. Epperson notched his first career kickoff return with a 10-yarder as the up-man.
