Christina Lodato, MS, SCCC, CSCS, joined the Ole Miss Health and Sports Performance staff in July 2021 and serves as an Assistant Coordinator of Strength and Conditioning for Olympic Sports. 

Lodato previously served as an Assistant Athletic Performance Coach for The University of South Alabama, where she worked with Volleyball, Softball, Track & Field, Cross Country, and Men's Tennis. 

Prior to South Alabama, Lodato served as a Coach's Assistant for The University of Tampa, working with Beach Volleyball and the Baseball pitchers. Also at Tampa, Lodato earned her Master of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Science in 2019. 

Prior to The University of Tampa, Lodato was a Strength and Conditioning Intern at The University of South Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2018. 

Lodato is a Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches association (CSCCa), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). 

Lodato is joined in Oxford by her husband, Ryan Garton.
