Bradley Named SEC Defensive Player of the Week

OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss volleyball junior Cameron Bradley has been named the Southeastern Conference's Defensive Player of the Week, as the SEC announced on Monday.
The libero earns her first ever weekly honors from the SEC after opening the season with a bang, tallying 78 digs over three matches. Bradley averaged an incredible six digs per set as the Rebels opened the season going 2-1 with wins over Southeastern Louisiana and Northern Arizona.
Bradley set a career-high in the finale against LMU with 30 digs, becoming the first Rebel to reach 30 digs in a match since all-time digs leader Cammy Niesen did so two years ago against Missouri. Each match over the weekend bested her career-high in digs, with 29 on day one against Southeastern Louisiana and 19 on day two against Northern Arizona.
Bradley's 78 digs lead the nation in the early part of the 2026 season, while her 6.00 digs per set rank second nationally, behind only Louisiana Tech's Riley Steubing.
In addition to career-highs in digs, Bradley also set a new career-high with five assists on two occasions, while leading the Rebels with six service aces over three matches.
Bradley and the Rebels are back in action on Wednesday, traveling to Norman, Okla., to open the Allstate Big Ten/SEC Challenge. Game one will feature the Rebels against Ohio State and get started at 5 p.m. CT, on SEC Network Plus.
