Svarvar Among Top of Leaderboard as No. 20 Women’s Golf Wraps Second Round at NCAA Championship

CARLSBAD, Calif. – The No. 20 Ole Miss women's golf team continued play at the 2026 NCAA Championship, finishing off round two on Saturday at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa.
Entering the day among the top five, Kajsalotta Svarvar continued to shine. Arriving at the back nine, she birdied five of the first seven holes, eventually carding a three-under-par 69 to move to six under across the first two rounds. Svarvar would exit the 18th green with a share of the individual lead.
Mary Miller shot a one-over 73 in the second round of the NCAA Championship, while Matilda Bjorkman carded a 76. Sophie Linder shot a 76 as well as Filippa Sundquist posted a 77.
Ole Miss will compete in the third round of the event on Sunday.
