Men’s Tennis Falls at Kentucky, 4-1

After dropping the doubles point, Ole Miss (11-11, 2-10 SEC) looked to bounce back against Kentucky (12-10, 5-7 SEC) on the singles court.
Loan Lestir notched a gritty 7-6 (7-4) first set victory on court four and went on to tally a 7-6 (7-2) second set win to clinch a point for the Rebels.
Despite dropping his first set, Marcel Kamrowski responded with a dominant second set 6-1 win over Kentucky's No. 61 Jack Loutit to force a third set. Kamrowksi ultimately fell to Kentucky's student-athlete in the third set, but fought hard against his fifth-ranked foe this season.
Next up, Ole Miss will head to Nashville to compete against the Vanderbilt Commodores on Saturday, April 5 at 12:00 p.m. CT.
