Rebel To Watch For
Senior Alison Hovatter (Meridianville, Ala.) is playing in her final SEC Championship. And after having the team-best finish in the last six tournaments, she looks to cap her senior campaign with another strong performance.

Stacked Conference
The Rebels have surrounded themselves in good company all season, and that's no different in Hoover. Nearly half of the Southeastern Conference is among the nations best according to Golfstat's relative rankings. Ranked teams include Alabama (1), Georgia (5), Florida (7), Arkansas (8), South Carolina (23) and Texas A&M (25).

Head Coach Kory Henkes Quoted
On the the course...
"They all hit it well (in the practice round). This is a great course, and a good test of your ability for sure. It has a lot of big greens, so I think the winner is going to be whoever can hit a lot of greens and be a quality putter. If you have good touch out here, it will be a good week for you."

On the team's mindset...
"Overall I think the team is looking great. Their spirits are high so we are looking forward to a fun week in Hoover."
