Women's Golf In Fourth At Suzie Maxwell

NORMAN, Okla. - The Ole Miss women's golf team shot a 297 in the first round of the Suzie Bernie Maxwell Classic at the Jimmie Austin Golf Club here Friday.
The Rebels are in fourth behind host Oklahoma, who tied a school-record for 18-hole score with a 287. Tulsa and Arkansas are tied for second at 292.
Junior Ashley Lance led the Rebels with a 1-under 71 and is tied for fourth, just three back of the leader, Kamryn Ruffen (Tulsa). Junior Natalie Gleadall, who won the Cougar Classic last week, carded a 73 and is tied for 10th. Haley Millsap shot 75 and is tied for 13th. Jillian Brodd and Christina Miller rounded out the Rebel scoring with 78 and 79, respectively.
