Two Rebel Teams In Top 25 At Hooters Team Championship

DAHLONEGA, Ga. - After day two of the inaugural National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA) Hooters Women's Collegiate Team Championship, both of Ole Miss' teams are in the top 25 in the team standings at the Achasta, by Reynolds.
Senior Jillian Brodd and junior Haley Millsap shot even par for the second day in a row, this time in the best ball format, and are tied for 19th.
Junior Ashley Lance and sophomore Haley Sanders made a huge jump going from a first-round 77 to a 3-under 69 in the second round to move up to 22nd place.
Low scores was the story of the day during the second round, as seven schools sit within four shots of the lead heading into Thursday's final round.
The lead is still held by the duo from Alabama, Brooke Pancake and Jennifer Kirby, who head into Thursday with a one shot advantage over teams from Wake Forest and Virginia.
