Only Few Club Tickets Remain For Cotton Bowl

OXFORD, Miss. - The Ole Miss athletics ticket office has approximately 800 club level tickets still available at $250 apiece for the 2010 AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington.
The club level seats are the only remaining tickets from Ole Miss 13,600 total allotment, as $100 tickets are sold out. The Rebel ticket office originally received 10,500 $100 tickets, and asked for and received an additional 1,100.
I think we could have sold up to 18,000 tickets for the game based on demand, said Sans Russell, Ole Miss Assistant Athletics Director for Ticket Operations. After selling out of the $100 tickets, we requested some standing-room only tickets from the Cotton Bowl, but they decided not sell standing-room only tickets.
Ole Miss sold over 18,000 tickets for last year's Cotton Bowl, but fewer overall tickets are available this year as the capacity of Cowboys Stadium is 71,167 compared to Cotton Bowl Stadium's 88,175 capacity.
Of Ole Miss $100 ticket allotment, 60 percent of the seats are in the stadium's fourth level, while the rest are located in the endzone and corners.
The remaining club tickets can be ordered at OleMissSports.com, by calling 662-915-7167 or by stopping by the ticket office located in Tad Smith Coliseum. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Tickets and parking passes are being delivered by FedEx, and orders will be mailed out by Tuesday, Dec. 15.
This year's Cotton Bowl matches up Ole Miss with Oklahoma State, Jan. 2, 2010 at 1 p.m. CT. It will mark the 74th Cotton Bowl and first to be played at Cowboys Stadium.
