OXFORD, Miss. A trio of Ole Miss golfers survived the cut and advanced to match-play at the 77^th annual U.S. Women’s Trans National Championship beginning on Wednesday at Persimmon Ridge Golf Club in Louisville, Ky.

Sophomores Meg Johnson and Rachel Ingram, and incoming freshman Jillian Brodd, continue play today at the prestigious event as the top 64 players in the field advanced in the tournament.

Ingram fired a two-day score of 77-81159 and was tied for 36th after the first two rounds of play, while Johnson shot an 80-81161 and sat tied for 46th after the first two days of action. Brodd carded a score of 87-76163 to tie for 62nd to make the cut.
