Lady Rebels Finish Tenth At Auburn

AUBURN, Ala. -
The Ole Miss women's golf team finished in a tenth place tie with Tulane at the Auburn Tiger-Derby Invitational at the Auburn University Club at Yarbourgh Farms.
Auburn won the tournament with a three-day score of 894, 15 strokes ahead of second place Mississippi State. The Lady Rebels tied for tenth place with Tulane with a three-day score of 942.
Junior Elizabeth Hoffman finished in 20th place by carding a final round round of 76. Teresa Brown carded a final round score of 79 for 27th place. Bernadette Luse, a sophomore from Orlando, Fla. shot a 81 for 35th place, while Kerrie Davis posted a score of 76 for 52nd place. Senior Marci Kornegay had a final round score of 79.
The Lady Rebels will be in action when they host the Lady Rebel Intercollegiate on September 22-24 at the University Golf Course in Oxford.
