Tiffany Edwards came to Ole Miss in 2000 and joined the athletics department in 2016, where she is currently the Assistant Athletics Director for Human Resources.
She was promoted to her current position in April 2021 and serves as the human resources officer for athletics, including recruitment and hiring, employee relations, policy management, compensation, professional development and diversity initiatives.
Prior to joining Ole Miss Athletics, Edwards spent ten years in the University’s Facility Management department, where she served as the liaison with University Human Resources, managed payroll for the department, and recruiting, hiring and retention.
She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Mississippi in 1992 and completed her MA in Higher Education/Student Personnel in 2008. In 2015, she earned a PhD in Higher Education Administration from the University of Mississippi.
Edwards resides in Oxford, MS with her husband Daron. They have three adult children and two grandchildren.
