Taylor Hall joined the Ole Miss Athletics department in the summer of 2024, currently serving as the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Compliance.

Hall comes to Ole Miss after spending the last year as senior associate athletics director for compliance and student services at Arkansas State University. There, he was responsible for managing all aspects of both the compliance and academic support departments. Additionally, he oversaw student-athlete development programming, and spearheaded a number of name, image, and likeness (NIL) initiatives. Hall also served as the sport administrator for the Red Wolves' men's basketball and women's golf programs.

Prior to his time in Jonesboro, Hall spent five years working in the compliance office at the University of Alabama. He was responsible for providing primary compliance supervision for Alabama's 20 Olympic sports and assisting with compliance oversight for football recruiting and eligibility.

Along with his compliance responsibilities, Hall worked extensively with all NIL matters. He served as the administrator for Alabama's "The Advantage" program which was created to educate Crimson Tide student-athletes, equip them with the tools necessary to build and elevate their personal brands, and to provide external constituents with a coordinated process for engaging student-athletes in NIL opportunities.

During his time in Tuscaloosa, Hall served on the licensing and NFT committees, and helped manage the Elite Athlete program, which included the agent education and registration process, as well as critical injury and disability insurance administration. He also spent four years instructing a "Legal Issues in Sports" class as an adjunct professor within the M.A. in Kinesiology (Sport Administration) program.

Hall went to Alabama after working as Montana State's assistant athletics director for compliance. While with the Bobcats, he supervised NCAA compliance for 16 Division I varsity sport programs. In 2018, he was appointed to the Big Sky Conference Legislative Review Committee and named chairman of the league's compliance group.

The Washington, D.C., native began his career in athletics administration in 2015 at The Citadel, where he spent over two years as compliance coordinator for the Bulldogs.

Hall earned his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Georgia in 2014, and his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2017. Taylor and his wife, Annsley, have two children – Charlie and Hannah.
