Michael La Sasso Named to 2025-2026 Haskins Award Preseason Watch List

COLUMBUS, Ga. – Ole Miss senior men's golfer Michael La Sasso has been named to the 2025-2026 Haskins Award presented by Stifel Preseason Watch List the foundation announced Monday.
La Sasso was named a finalist for the 2024-25 award and is currently ninth in the World Amateur Golf Rankings.
Beginning in 1971, the Fred Haskins Award presented by Stifel is annually given to the top male U.S. collegiate golfer as voted on by only college golfers, coaches and members of the golf media. Past winners of the Haskins Award presented by Stifel have captured 33 major championships and more than 400 professional tournaments around the world.
Ole Miss begins its season September 5, at the Visit Knoxville Collegiate hosted by Tennessee.
