Lexie Brady Named CSC First Team Academic All-American

6/17/2025 | Softball

OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss softball senior Lexie Brady has been named a College Sports Communicators First Team Academic All-American, as the CSC announced on Tuesday.

Brady becomes the first Rebel in program history to earn CSC First Team Academic All-American honors and joins Kylan Becker (2019 – Second Team), Jamie Cummings (2001 – Third Team) and Stephanie Vaglica (1998 – Third Team) as the only other academic All-Americans.

A tremendous leader on the field, Brady also shined off of it, as she recorded a 3.96 GPA in pursuit of a degree in exercise science.

Her efforts on the field were equally impressive, as Brady broke a 22-year-old single season home run record this season with 17 on the year. Brady also hit .323 with 28 extra-base hits and 51 RBI, while leading the team with 26 walks and stealing eight bases.

Brady finishes her career alongside Becker as the only Rebels to ever be named All-SEC, All-Region and Academic All-American.
