Caleb Stirm joined the Ole Miss track & field and cross country program as its coordinator of operations in August of 2025. He will oversee team travel, team managers, home meet management, assist with equipment needs, and serve as the academic, compliance and facilities liaison.
Stirm arrives in Oxford after serving two years as the director of operations for Bowling Green track & cross country. During his time in Bowling Green, he completed his master’s degree in sports administration and was part of their 2025 MAC Indoor Track & Field Championship and 2025 MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship teams. This marked the first time in program history where the Falcons won both championships in the same year.
Stirm earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Purdue in December 2022. During his time in West Lafayette, he was a student manager for the Purdue women’s basketball team as well as an event management intern for Purdue Athletics.
