Men’s Golf Receives 2025-26 Platform Golf All-Academic Team Honors

NORMAN, Okla. – The Ole Miss Men's Golf Team has been named to the Platform Golf All-Academic Team by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA), the organization announced Wednesday afternoon.
After accumulating a grade point average of 3.2 throughout the 2025-26 season, the Rebels were able to secure the academic award by surpassing the minimum requirement needed (3.0) to receive this prestigious honor.
In the classroom, the senior leaders Tom Fischer and Cohen Trolio led the charge in this academic achievement. Both completed the year with GPAs well above a 3.0 and were recognized as 2025-26 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars for the season.
On the course, Ole Miss saw a historic season highlighted by the program's second-ever SEC Championship and first since 1984. The team also collected 11 Top five finishes and produced two All-Americans in Tom Fischer and Cameron Tankersley.
