Softball Ends Season in USA Softball/ESPN Top-25 Rankings

OXFORD, Miss. – The Ole Miss softball program has ended the season inside the national rankings, finishing at No. 25 in the final USA Softball/ESPN rankings of the season.
 
The Rebels ended in a tie alongside South Carolina for the final spot in the top-25 with 30 points. It marks a second consecutive season ending the year in the top-25 for the program.
 
The Rebels also received votes in both the D1Softball and NFCA final rankings, finishing as the first and second teams outside the top-25, respectively.
 
The Rebels ended the season by winning multiple rounds at the 2026 SEC Tournament, before qualifying and competing in the NCAA Tournament for the tenth consecutive season at the NCAA Lubbock Regional. The Rebels earned a pair of victories over Boston University and reached the regional final, but were ultimately unable to advance past eventual national runner-up Texas Tech.
