OXFORD, Miss. – Three Ole Miss men's basketball staff members were named to the seventh annual Silver Waves Media Top Support Staff in College Basketball list on Wednesday, the publication announced.
Josh Baskin (Director of Basketball Intelligence), Austin Cox (Director of Basketball Operations) and Noah Stansbury (Director of Player Personnel) were all named to the list.
The Silver Waves Media list recognizes some of the most accomplished and impactful support staff members in Division I men's basketball.
Baskin leads the men's basketball program's analytics, front-office intelligence and AI integration, turning data into daily decisions across recruiting, roster building, player development and game preparation. He also supports the program's film and scouting efforts, using data to sharpen strategy.
Cox manages the day-to-day operations of the program under head coach Chris Beard. His responsibilities include overseeing the operational infrastructure of the program, coordinating internal and external logistics, and supporting the continued growth of one of college basketball's premier brands competing in the SEC.
Stansbury oversees player personnel for the Rebels, playing a role in the program's roster-building and recruiting efforts, specifically international recruiting, with deep ties and relationships with agents around the world. Stansbury also contributes to on-court player development, game-to-game scouting reports, film breakdowns and game planning.
