Men’s Basketball Earns NABC Academic Awards

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Ole Miss men's basketball team earned an NABC Team Academic Excellence Award for the 2024-25 season, while eight members of the roster were named to the NABC Academic Honors Court.
The NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards recognize programs that completed the 2024-25 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher. The NABC Honors Court, meanwhile, includes junior, senior and graduate student men's basketball players who finished the 2024-25 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
Cam Brent, Dre Davis, Ja'Von Benson, Malik Dia, Matthew Murrell, Max Smith, Mikeal Brown-Jones, and Sean Pedulla were all named to the NABC Honors Court.
This is the second consecutive season the program has earned a Team Academic Excellence Award from the NABC.
Following a season with record-setting attendance numbers, anticipation for the upcoming 2025-26 season is high. Renewals for season tickets are available now for the next year for previous season ticket holders. New season tickets can be purchased at OleMissTix.com.
