Men’s Tennis Finishes Up at Norman ITF

NORMAN, Okla. – Ole Miss men's tennis completes its tournament run in Norman, Oklahoma, at the Norman ITF on Thursday.
After advancing from the qualifying singles draw on Tuesday, freshman Vlado Jankanj, competed in the main draw on Wednesday. Jankanj faced No. 79 Pedro Rodrigues of UCF. However, Rodrigues defeated Jankanj, 6-3, 1-6, 6-1.
Jankanj's singles match loss ended his run in the singles bracket and concluded play for the Rebels on Wednesday.
On Thursday Jankanj and Isac Strömberg competed in the second round of doubles play. The Rebel pairing took the court against Luis Carlos Alvarez Valdes and Alejandro Melero Kretzer and lost, 1-6, 4-6.
Ole Miss men's tennis will be back in action Friday in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, for the SEC Challenge.
